- jessie & dan -

Jessie and Dan decided to tie the knot on a beautiful summers day in their home town of Winchester. We started off the day hanging out with the Grooms party grabbing a spot of lunch at their local pub, The Wykeham Arms.  After a slight mishap with the car, Stephanie landed up giving the Groomsmen a lot to the church (a first for us!) ...And what a church it was! The church of St Cross in the centre of Winchester and is part of the private chapel of the Hospital of St Cross. Surrounded by beautiful almshouses the back drop was perfect to capture the excitement of the guests arriving. Full to the brim with over 150 guests attending the church service Jessie and Dan's ceremony was packed with joyful hymns and a tear or two. A jazz band accompanied the drinks and canapés held in one of the churches formal gardens. Jessie and Dan decided to keep the reception more low key with a marquee set up in Jessie's parents garden. Speeches with complimentary embarrassing slideshows followed, capturing the moment when punch line hits the guests always good fun and makes for some great images. Talented Jessie designed all the table numbers and seating plans herself, with the pale lilac and pastel theme running through the amazing floral table displays. Evening entertainment included a one-man Ice cream van, and a photo booth full of silly dressing up props. A truly enjoyable day with a strong family orientated feel it was a pleasure to be a part of Jessie and Dan's wedding.
